Ashland Bark Park Rules:
The Ashland Bark Park Rules are in place for the safety of the dogs and the owners using the Bark Park. The park will be regularly monitored and violators of the dog park rules will be removed from the park and their park privilidges will be suspended.
Please follow rules to keep our park open, clean and safe for the community to enjoy.
** The Ashland Bark Park is not open if the parking lot is not plowed**

Park is open year round from dawn to dusk.

Use park at your own risk. Owners are SOLELY LIABLE and LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE for the ations of their dogs and injuires casued by them.

Dogs must be leashed upon entering/exiting the park and all gates securely closed. Leashed must be removed from the dog once inside the park.

Owners must clean up dog waste immediately and dispose of it properly before leaving the park.

No more than three (3) dogs allowed, per handler.

All dogs must be legally licensed and have proof of current rabies vaccination with visible current tags on collars.

Dogs must be supervised at all times.

Dogs must be at least 5 months of age to use the park.
PROHIBITED:
-
Prong, pinch, spike, or choke collars
-
Sick or agressive dogs
-
Dogs in heat
-
Toys, humand and dog food/treats
-
Glass containers
-
Children under 10 years of age - at ANY time
-
Smoking, chewing tobacco, and alcohol
-
Any commercial activity (ie. dog walkers, doggie daycare)
